Floor-to-ceiling bedroom windows and soft furnishings create inviting places to retreat, while individual heating and cooling keep every room comfortable. The home has four bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.

Gather in the kitchen and dining area, with a walk-in pantry close at hand, or unwind in the living room beside the open fireplace and TV. A Sonos sound system runs throughout the living areas.

Outside, a landscaped garden, north-facing lawn and trampoline sit alongside the solar-heated magnesium salt pool. A paved entertaining area, barbecue and eight-seat outdoor table make outdoor meals easy. A secure alarm system, electric vehicle and pedestrian gates, a double carport and a laundry with heated cupboard complete the home.

Central Park is a two-minute walk away, with Hedgeley Dene Gardens also close by. Chadstone Shopping Centre is a five-minute drive away.

Stays are $1,000 AUD per night, with longer stays negotiable. The cleaning fee is $320 AUD; additional cleaning fees may apply for longer stays. Pets are welcome upon request.
